Shipping and Handling

The following shipping and handling/lead times apply to vision cages, racks, tubs, and/or accessory orders

Standard: arrives at your door in 20-25 business days in most cases.

Priority: arrives at your door in 10-15 business days in most cases.

Rush: arrives at your door in 4-8 business days in most cases.

Some exceptions may apply to rates on our shipping and handling table. Rates are good for continental U.S. only. If outside this area, please call for a quote. WI residents, add 5% sales tax.

Note: lead times shown are estimates only and are accurate in most cases. If an order is placed after noon central time, the lead time will start the following day. An order is considered placed once payment in full clears. Shipping and handling are not refunded under any circumstance. No refund will be given if delivery is attempted, and nobody receives the package.

If the shipping and handling exceeds 15% of the cost of the unit ordered for any shipment, there may be additional charges that apply. The customer will be notified with a new total for their order prior to shipment for approval.

If items are shipped via freight, the customer must have items delivered to a location with a loading dock, or be at the delivery location at the time of shipment and unload the truck by hand. An extra charge applies if lift gate service is required, plus any additional unloading or remote delivery charges. If lift gate or unloading, or remote delivery service is not paid for at the time of purchase and the shipping company retroactively charges custom cages for these charges, the customer authorizes custom cages to charge the customer’s credit card or invoice them for these additional charges. Liftgate and unloading service includes curbside delivery and does not include moving the products inside the customer’s house or location in any circumstance.

Vision products’ regular shipping and handling rates will apply for vision cages, vision racks, vision tubs, vision bowls and/or hides.

If items are returned, shipping and handling costs incurred to ship the products to the customer will be deducted from the total dollar amount of the refund. Shipping and handling for returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. See our full return policy for details.

Free shipping policy (when advertised/applicable)

Free shipping is only included within the lower 48 united states. Additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders. Please call for a quote.
